The team envisages working closely with those
interested in building the staff capacity in order to smoothen the
flow of field and indoor activities. To do so the team at AMMC plans
visits to client organizations to understand the training needs.

Experts will be consulted in view of the needs
identified to come up with basic sketch of the module. Such sketches
will be the raw product of AMMC which will be presented to the Human
Resource staff of the client organizations.

Discussions and incorporation of comments will
yield the final product which will either be delivered as custom
made or advertised through electronic media to all those interested.
AMMC through its vast trainer pool and synergies with other similar
bodies shall ensure appropriate trainers for each module based on
the level of trainees’ understanding of the issues.

Trainings are delivered with best use of latest
technology and all modern day training methods to increase the level
of understanding. The training session must be result oriented but
shall be delivered with complete knowledge of trainee potential.

In order to keep its system ‘breathing’,
AMMC plans in-depth evaluation of each module delivered through
trainee and organization feed back. This measure will help the team
continuously improve the quality of service being offered at a standard
acceptable and appreciated by all stakeholders.
